Effective Date: April 10, 2026  |  Coderlyn.com (Viktor Dubovicky)

Welcome to Coderlyn.com ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website and mobile apps, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or mobile apps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors to our website and users of our mobile apps.

2. Use of Our Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By accessing or using our website or mobile apps, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

Account Creation

Some features of our mobile apps may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information up-to-date.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:

3. In-App Subscriptions

Some of our mobile apps offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. The specific subscription plans available, their prices, and billing periods are clearly displayed within each app before you complete a purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the confirmed purchase price.

Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until then. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed within the app. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Note: Some of our apps do not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. The above provisions apply only to apps where such features are available.

4. User-Generated Content

If our mobile apps allow you to submit content (such as comments or feedback), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your content. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
